神探勇闖罪惡城

《神探勇闖罪惡城》講述兩位邁阿密警探以卧底身份查案，不過其影響力並不是來自它的內容，而是其拍攝手法。

這部一九八四至八九年期間在NBC 播映的片集由米高曼監製，當莊遜(Don Johnson)及菲臘米高湯瑪士(Philip Michael Thomas)主演，他們二人的形象非常時麾：T恤外加 Armani西裝褸，經常架着Ray Ban 太陽眼鏡及駕駛法拉利跑車，很有型有款。

劇集在邁阿密實地拍攝，棕櫚樹、陽光海灘的美麗景色，令《神探勇闖罪惡城》比過往的警匪片集多了一分拉丁美及加勒比海風情，同時，其如詩似畫的攝影風格與大量運用流行歌曲作背景音樂，使它活像當時流行的音樂錄影帶。有些人甚至稱許《神探勇闖罪惡城》為第一部「MV 警匪片集」。

正如上文所說，劇中出現的歌曲，最有印象是phil collins - In the air tonight 作背景音樂， 很有氣氛，歌者更在其中一集客串演出。
